Thomas Riggs serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Life Cycle Power, exemplifying a journey of remarkable growth and leadership within the company. Beginning his career as a field mechanic, Thomas quickly distinguished himself through his exceptional technical expertise and operational acumen. His dedication and innovative approach led to his appointment as Chief Operating Officer, where he further demonstrated his strategic vision and leadership capabilities. Now, as CEO, Thomas continues to drive Life Cycle Power towards new heights, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. His hands-on experience and commitment to operational excellence ensure that Life Cycle Power remains at the forefront of the energy industry.
Chris Taylor serves as Chief Financial Officer for Life Cycle Power. He joined the Company in November 2022 and his duties include execution of strategic finance projects and oversight of finance and accounting related activities. Prior to joining Life Cycle Power, Chris held senior finance positions in the industrial services and offshore drilling industries as well as CFO of a small E&P company. Chris began his career in public accounting, having spent time with Arthur Andersen and Grant Thornton. Chris is a CPA and holds a BS in Accounting from Oklahoma Christian University.
Nick is responsible for the leadership of the operations team at Lifecycle power. He began his career as an equipment technician in the United States Marine Corps with the 1st Combat Engineer Battalion. Following his service, Nicholas held various roles in field service, maintenance management, and service quality assurance for the U.S. Department of Defense and the private sector. He has deep rooted experience in the oil & gas industry, where he has supported a variety of gas conditioning, micro-grid, and mobile power generation products.
Ben brings more than 15 years of experience in corporate finance, capital markets, corporate development, and strategic growth across the energy, infrastructure, and commodities sectors. Throughout his career, he has led complex financings, acquisitions and divestitures, and strategic initiatives that have supported significant business growth and value creation. Prior to joining Life Cycle Power, Ben served in executive leadership roles overseeing corporate development and finance for a global energy and commodities organization and previously worked as a trade finance banker, providing structured financing solutions for multinational clients. His expertise in project finance, M&A, structured finance, and strategic development will be instrumental as we continue to expand our capabilities and support the company’s growth objectives.
Marc Frank the Vice President of Operations at Life Cycle Power, leads operations across our fleet to ensure safe, reliable delivery of turnkey power solutions for energy-intensive customers. Marc brings more than three decades of experience in complex power generation systems, field service, and operational leadership.
Marc began his career as an aircraft mechanic in the U.S. Marine Corps, spending 10 years maintaining and troubleshooting A-6E and F/A-18D aircraft, and learning the value of precision, discipline, and teamwork under pressure. After leaving the service, he joined General Electric as an aeroderivative field service representative and spent 20 years there in progressively responsible roles, including resource management, spare parts technical advisor, new unit parts commercial lead, and project management.
Following his time at GE, Marc joined Dynamis Power Solutions, as a project manager and then as field service manager, further deepening his experience in mobile distributed power projects and field operations. He later moved to Evolution Well Service as Director of Operations, where he led power generation operations for high-horsepower well-service operations and built high-performing teams focused on safety, efficiency, and service quality.
Today, at Life Cycle Power, Marc draws on this mix of military, OEM, and field operations experience to guide strategy and execution across our operations organization. Marc is passionate about building strong teams, developing people, and continuously improving the way we plan, execute, and support critical power projects for our customers.
In his spare time Marc enjoys spending time with his family, scuba diving and an occasional motorcycle ride.
Knoell Coombs is the Vice President of Business Development at Life Cycle Power, where she leads all sales initiatives and drives strategic growth across the organization. Prior to joining Life Cycle Power, Knoell spent five years with Halliburton Energy Services, working across the Cementing, Production Enhancement, and Completion Tools divisions. In these roles, she played a key part in business development and strategic planning, helping to expand client relationships and market presence.
Jason E. Buchanan is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in multiple industries. As Director of Engineering at Life Cycle Power, he leads engineering operations across multiple U.S. locations, driving innovation, operational efficiency, and scalable growth.
Jason has a strong track record of building and leading high-performing global teams, delivering complex product launches, and generating significant cost savings and new revenue streams. His career includes leadership roles at ETSI Global, Walbro, Local Motors, and General Motors, where he contributed to advanced vehicle programs and large-scale engineering initiatives.
He holds an MBA in Technology Management and a bachelor’s degree in physics, combining technical expertise with strategic business insight.
Ryan McKnight is the General Counsel of Life Cycle Power, where he oversees the company’s legal affairs. With nearly twenty years of legal experience, Ryan has worked at large international law firms, publicly traded companies, start-ups, and private equity-backed portfolio companies in the energy and technology sectors. His experience spans oil, natural gas, solar, hydrogen, nuclear energy, and operational technology cybersecurity, serving businesses that work with both private-sector customers and government entities. He brings extensive experience helping companies grow their businesses and expand their teams. Ryan holds an A.B. from Harvard University, a master’s degree from Yale University, and a J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law.
As the HR Manager, Nancy plays a crucial role in managing all aspects of human resource management within the organization, from recruitment and employee relations to performance management and strategic planning. She serves as a trusted advisor to both employees and management, ensuring that HR policies and practices support the company’s goals and foster a positive and productive work environment. Prior to joining our team, Nancy was in the United States Air Force and retired after 25 years of service.
