OUR LEADERSHIP

Leadership Team

Our team is led by industry veterans with decades of experience in energy and power sectors.

Thomas Riggs

CEO

Thomas Riggs is the Chief Operating Officer for Life Cycle Power where he oversees all operations, including interacting with ongoing and future projects. Thomas has served in a variety of operations roles with Life Cycle Power, displaying excellence and working his way up from Field technician, through management roles and to his current position as a company officer. Prior to joining the company, Thomas served in oil and gas for Evolution Energy Technologies.

Chris Taylor

CFO

Chris Taylor serves as Chief Financial Officer for Life Cycle Power. He joined the Company in November 2022 and his duties include execution of strategic finance projects and oversight of finance and accounting related activities. Prior to joining Life Cycle Power, Chris held senior finance positions in the industrial services and offshore drilling industries as well as CFO of a small E&P company. Chris began his career in public accounting, having spent time with Arthur Andersen and Grant Thornton. Chris is a CPA and holds a BS in Accounting from Oklahoma Christian University.

Geoff Bland

VP Business Development

Geoff Bland serves as the Vice President of Business Development at Lifecycle Power, overseeing all of the Company’s sales and marketing activities. Prior to joining LCP, Geoff spent 15 years with Aggreko, where he performed various roles globally, most recently responsible for the strategy and implementation of all new and existing power products.
He is a Scottish-born professional engineer with degrees from Cambridge University and Glasgow School of Art. In his early career, Geoff spent three years as a design engineer with Dyson Ltd, developing consumer products from concept to mass manufacture.

Knoell Coombs

Business Development Manager, Oil and Gas

Knoell Coombs is a Business Development Manager for Life Cycle Power, responsible for all sales and account management within the oil and gas sector. Prior to Life Cycle Power, Knoell spent five years at Halliburton Energy Services in the Cementing, Production Enhancement and Completion Tools divisions. She supported business development and strategy for North America oil & gas operators to minimize risk and maximize asset value. Knoell holds a BS from Lamar University.

Jeff MacPhee

Business Development Manager, Data Centers

Jeff MacPhee is a business Development Manager for Lifecycle Power, responsible for all sales and account management within the Datacenter sector.
Prior to Lifecycle Power, Jeff spent 3 years based in Alberta as the General Manager for Iron Creek, responsible for horizontal directional drilling. He holds a BS from State University of New York and holds a PMP designation from the project Management institute.

Nancy White

HR Manager

As the HR Manager, Nancy plays a crucial role in managing all aspects of human resource management within the organization, from recruitment and employee relations to performance management and strategic planning. She serves as a trusted advisor to both employees and management, ensuring that HR policies and practices support the company’s goals and foster a positive and productive work environment. Prior to joining our team, Nancy was in the United States Air Force and retired after 25 years of service.

Michael Mitchell

Director of Engineering

Knoell Coombs is a Business Development Manager for Life Cycle Power, responsible for all sales and account management within the oil and gas sector. Prior to Life Cycle Power, Knoell spent five years at Halliburton Energy Services in the Cementing, Production Enhancement and Completion Tools divisions. Nicholas Wright

Director of Support

Nicholas is responsible for asset and maintenance management, service quality, and technical support of Life Cycle Power products. He began his career as an equipment technician in the United States Marine Corps with the 1st Combat Engineer Battalion. Following his service, Nicholas held various roles in field service, maintenance management, and service quality assurance for the U.S. Department of Defense and the private sector. He has deep rooted experience in the oil & gas industry, where he has supported a variety of gas conditioning, micro-grid, and mobile power generation products.
