Job Overview
Life Cycle Power is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Account Manager / Project Manager to join our Business Development team. This role is crucial for managing our customer relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of our projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the project lifecycle, from inception through completion, and ensuring all customer deliverables meet our high standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Management: Manage a portfolio of accounts with active or upcoming projects. Take ownership of the customer relationship once the project is signed, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Project Oversight: Keep track of all deliverables required to make the project a success. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of services and products.
- Financial Management: Support Accounts Receivable to ensure invoices are paid promptly. Work with customers when necessary to secure timely payments.
- Business Development: Identify and unearth new opportunities within existing accounts. Collaborate with outside sales and business development teams to close these opportunities.
- Sales and Marketing Support: Assist the sales and marketing teams in managing special projects. This includes developing materials and creating quotes where applicable.
- Reporting: Provide comprehensive status reports on accounts during weekly business development calls.
- Event Participation: Represent the company at industry events, promoting our brand and networking with potential and existing clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- 4 years of experience in Account Management / Project Management
- Proven experience in account management or project management, preferably in the energy or power sectors.
- Strong technical knowledge of turbines or power generation.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
- Have a strong network of contacts in the industry

Field Technicians - Turbine Operator
Responsibilities:
- Operating and monitoring turbine packages.
- Installation and commissioning of turbine systems. This includes assembling turbine components, connecting electrical and mechanical systems, and verifying proper functionality.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal turbine performance. This includes inspecting and lubricating turbine components, replacing worn-out parts, and conducting performance tests. Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions, and carry out necessary repairs to minimize downtime.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Responsible for conducting risk assessments, using personal protective equipment (PPE), and following safety procedures during maintenance and repair activities.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including equipment inspections, repairs, and parts inventory. Complete service reports, documenting any issues encountered and the actions taken to resolve them. This information is crucial for tracking equipment performance and planning future maintenance.
- Provide technical support, answer inquiries, and address any concerns related to turbine systems. May also offer recommendations for optimizing turbine performance or upgrading equipment.
- Required to travel extensively to different job sites and must be adaptable and willing to work in various environments, including remote locations and challenging weather conditions.

Health, Safety, and Environmental Specialist
LOCATION: Northeast US
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement safety policies and procedures for the mobile power generation company
• Monitor and inspect the work environment to ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Investigate and document any safety incidents or accidents
• Provide safety training to employees and contractors
• Develop and maintain safety records and reports
• Monitor and inspect the use of personal protective equipment
• Ensure that all safety equipment is in good working order
• Develop and implement emergency response plans
• Monitor and inspect the use of hazardous materials
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections
• Develop and implement safety awareness programs

Required Skills/Abilities:
· Proven experience as safety officer
· In depth knowledge of legislation (e.g. OSHA/EPA) and procedures
· Knowledge of potentially hazardous materials or practices
· Experience in writing reports and policies for health and safety
· Familiarity with conducting data analysis and reporting statistics
· Proficient in MS Office; Working knowledge of safety management information systems is a plus
· Outstanding organizational skills
· Diligent with great attention to detail
· Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and explain health and safety topics
· Certificate in occupational health and safety
Physical Requirements:
· Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
· Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
· Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities.
· Poses an active and current driver’s license.
· Must be willing to travel.

Marketing Coordinator
Location: Houston TX
Job Summary: The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of the company’s marketing strategy for its gas turbine rental business. This will include managing marketing campaigns and initiatives, creating marketing materials, and tracking and analyzing marketing metrics. The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the sales and business development teams to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with business goals and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and execution of the company’s marketing strategy for its gas turbine rental business
- Manage marketing campaigns and initiatives, including email marketing, social media, and content marketing
- Create marketing materials such as brochures, emails, and landing pages
- Track and analyze marketing metrics, including website traffic, conversion rates, and customer engagement
- Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with business goals and customer needs
- Creation and Management of Salesforce Account engagement campaigns
- Assist with the organization of marketing events and tradeshows
- Monitor industry trends and best practices in marketing and suggest improvements to the marketing strategy
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the energy or rental equipment industry
- Proficiency in marketing software such as Adobe Creative Suite, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Demonstrated ability to track and analyze marketing metrics
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
