Established in 2017, Life Cycle Power recognized the need for more reliable, environmentally friendly power solutions in remote locations.

Life Cycle Power is dedicated to the long-term success of its customers and continues to expand its turnkey offerings. In 2020, Life Cycle Power welcomed investment partner Arroyo Energy Investors, an independent investment manager focused on power and energy infrastructure assets. Matt Conn, Chief Executive Officer

Matt Conn serves as the Chief Executive Officer for Life Cycle Power. He has been an integral part to the team since its founding, previously serving as the Chief Operations Officer. Matt has managed the growth of the company's operations to 750MW + of active generation in the U.S. with continued growth on the horizon. Prior to joining Life Cycle Power, Matt worked for 15 years in the oil & gas sector in both drilling and completions, overseeing several onshore and offshore projects internationally in the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Africa, and Canada.

Ross Bartley, Chief Financial Officer

Ross Bartley serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Life Cycle Power.  He executes financial planning and strategic analysis to support company growth initiatives. Prior to joining the Life Cycle Power, Ross was the head of private equity engagements for Racca Solutions Group. Prior to Racca, Ross acted as a managing director for an energy service-focused private equity fund and worked as a commercial energy lender for 15 years between Southwest Bank of Texas, Amegy Bank and Cadence Bank. Ross holds BBAs in Marketing and Finance from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and an MBA from Texas Tech University.

Knoell Coombs, Customer Account Manager

Knoell Coombs is the Customer Account Manager for Life Cycle Power. She is based in Denver, Colorado. Prior to Life Cycle Power, Knoell spent five years at Halliburton Energy Services in the Cementing, Production Enhancement and Completion Tools divisions. She supported business development and strategy for North America oil & gas operators to minimize risk and maximize asset value. Knoell holds a BS from Lamar University.

Ginger Franklin, Office Manager

Ginger Franklin is the Office Manager for Life Cycle Power. She manages customer account information, vendor relationships and routinely interacts with our sales team. Ginger has more than 37 years of combined experience in bookkeeping, administration, human resources and team management. She has diversified industry experience in oil & gas, oilfield services, pipeline distribution, electrical contracting and land development.

Thomas Riggs, Operations Manager

Thomas Riggs is the Operations Manager for Life Cycle Power where he is responsible for day-to-day operations, including interacting with ongoing and future projects. Thomas has served in a variety of roles and responsibilities with Life Cycle Power, including Field Technician and Field Supervisor. Prior to joining the company, Thomas was the shop manager for Evolution Energy Technologies.

Derek Golden, HSE and IT Manager

Derek Golden is the HSE and IT Manager for Life Cycle Power. He is responsible for day-to-day safety related items and the IT infrastructure at the company. As a FAA-licensed drone pilot, Derek coordinates with the operations team regarding daily activities, including site mapping, site checks, rig ups, rig downs and related activities. Prior to joining Life Cycle Power, Derek worked in the Measurements While Drilling (MWD) division of Schlumberger, an international oilfield service company. He began his career in the U.S. Navy working on aircraft engines for over eight years and was stationed around the globe.

Brett Hrynuik, Quality Control Manager

Brett Hrynuik is the Quality Control Manager for Life Cycle Power. He is responsible for ensuring equipment is properly tested. Brett maintains regular communication with vendors to stay informed of production or schedule changes. Prior to joining Life Cycle Power, Brett spent more than 11 years with a land-based drilling and well servicing contractor serving crude oil, natural gas and geothermal operators. He served in the maintenance department for land-based drilling rigs in Canada and the U.S., and was was the Maintenance Manager in the Middle East. Brett received his MBA from the Australian Institute of Business; he also is a journeyman automotive service technician.

Nicholas Wright, Product Service & Support Manager

Nicholas is responsible for asset and maintenance management, service quality, and technical support of Life Cycle Power products. He began his career as an equipment technician in the United States Marine Corps with the 1st Combat Engineer Battalion. Following his service, Nicholas held various roles in field service, maintenance management, and service quality assurance for the U.S. Department of Defense and the private sector. He has deep rooted experience in the oil & gas industry, where he has supported a variety of gas conditioning, micro-grid, and mobile power generation products.

Tim Franklin, Facility Manager

Tim Franklin is the Facility Manager for Life Cycle Power. He has more than 38 years of combined experience as a Master Electrician, General Contractor and Facilities Maintenance Manager. Tim has diversified industry expertise including power generation, petrochemical and residential and commercial electrical trades. Since 1994, Tim has served as a volunteer fireman for the Centerville Fire Department.

Allen Crump, Oil & Gas Field Manager

Allen Crump is the Oil & Gas Field Manager for Life Cycle Power. He manages daily field operations, including the coordination and supervision of fleet movement, and the training and supervision of turbine operators. Allen has more than 25 years of power generation, repair, and maintenance experience. He has proven experience in team management, and understanding the needs of customers.
